DUI PRogram
Accelerated First Time Offenders Program:
Not everyone arrested for DUI requires full treatment for alcohol abuse. However, an arrest for DUI can indicate a need for education and/or early intervention to prevent a more serious problem. This program is designed for those first time offenders. Our First Time offender program is an accelerated program with a combination of individual and group sessions. Upon completion, the participant will have developed his or her own Anti-DUI plan.
Subsequent Offender’s IOP:
A second or subsequent offense is a strong indication of the need for treatment. In addition to serious jail time and fines, the Subsequent Offender is experiencing personal, family, and financial and health problems. C.A.R.E.’s Subsequent Offender’s Intensive Outpatient Program, “IOP” is designed for these individuals. Our Subsequent Offender’s IOP is based upon C.A.R.E’s traditional drug and alcohol IOP program and consists of a combination of weekly individual and group sessions. This program is designed to help mitigate the possible sanctions for subsequent DUI arrests and further violations.
